Saina reaches quarter finals of China Masters Super series
India's Saina Nehwal has reached the quarter finals of the China Masters Super Series badminton tournament in Changzhou. In the pre-quarter finals, Saina beat Ayane Kurihara of Japan 21-11, 18-21, 27-25. She will now meet top seed Wang Yehan of China in the semi-finals.
India's V.Diju and Jwala Gutta have also earned their berth in the mixed doubles quarter final, beating Korea's Yong Den Li and Jung Yun Ha 21-19, 21-17. For place in the last four, Jwala and Diju will clash with Robert Blair of Scotland and England's Gabriel White.
