Young FICCI Ladies Organisation YFLO an affiliate of FICCI ,conferred the "YFLO Raga Young Women Achiever Awards 2012' recognizing those who have distinguished themselves in public life.
Lara was conferred the FICCI Young Achievers Award in the capital for her contribution to cinema. along with other leading dignitaries in their field for their contribution in all walks of life and the role women played with excellence a role model for others to emulate.
Ms Lara Dutta Bhupathi, in the category of cinema, Ms Suhasini Haider in media,Ms Tejaswani Sawant the sportsperson,Ms Suhasini Kejariwal in field of visual arts,Ms Harsimrat Kaur Badal her field of politics, Ms Tishani Doshi her field of literature ,Ms Hasina Kharbhih in community service,Ms Amruda Nair the business entrepreneur,Ms Vijayalakshmi Shivaji in performing arts and Ms Suhani Pittie in fashion were honoured with YFLO awards for the year 2012.
